Late Work

We understand that sometimes students may need extra time to complete assignments. However, to maintain academic integrity and encourage timely submission, we have implemented specific guidelines for handling late work.

Guidelines for Late Work

1. Completion Deadline: Missing work must be completed by the late work closing date specific to each month.
2. Penalty for Late Submission: Teachers will subtract 20% from the final grade of the assignment if it is submitted late. For example, if a math assignment originally scored at 90%, the final grade after the late penalty would be 70%.
3. Closure of Retries: At the late work closing date, any assignment that has a retry on it will be closed by the teacher.
